INTERESTING INSTRUCTION ON PAPERWORK I RECEIVED SATURDAY

ONE INTERESTING SENTENCE AT THE BOTTOM OF A PAGE CAUGHT MY ATTENTION:

“IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE PLAINTIFF TO CONTACT YOU, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A PROTECTIVE ORDER   AGAINST THE PLAINTIFF .”

I AM GOING TO INQUIRE IF THAT MEANS ALL TWITTER, BLOGGER, WORDPRESS, FACEBOOK  YOUTUBE SITES  AND RSS FEEDS  AND ALL OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. SINCE THE OTHER ORDER HAS THIS RESTRICTION FROM THE PLAINTIFF, THAT ORDER SHOULD APPLY TO THE PLAINTIFF AND THE THIRD PARTY AGENTS OF THE PLAINTIFF. SINCE ALL SITES THAT HAS ALL OR PART OF MY SURNAME CONTAINED WITHIN THEM, AS WELL AS THOSE OF MY “THIRD PARTY AGENTS” NAMED WITHIN THE ORDER COULD BE CONSTRUED AS CONTACT BY THE PLAINTIFF,  I WOULD REQUEST THEY BE REMOVED AS PART OF THE ORDER.

I WOULD ALSO SUBMIT MY “DISCOVERY” EVIDENCE, INCLUDING AUDIO AND VIDEO MULTIMEDIA AS EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE REGARDING THE CLAIMS AGAINST ME IN THE ORDER IN DETAIL EQUAL TO OR IN EXCESS OF THAT WHICH WAS CONTAINED WITHIN SAID ORDER BY THE PLAINTIFF.

SINCE OTHER PERSONS WERE NAMED AS “THIRD PARTY AGENTS”  ALLEGED TO BE ACTING ON MY BEHALF, I WOULD ASSUME THE RIGHT TO REQUEST AN ORDER,  INDIVIDUALLY, WOULD APPLY TO THEM  AS WELL.

STAY TUNED:

I do believe this b*tch has gone a little too far this time. She may have gotten herself in a little bit of trouble.
